Videos Not Loading on the AMAU App?

If videos are not loading or buffering frequently on the AMAU app, the issue is usually related to internet speed, network conditions, or device performance. The steps below can help resolve the problem.

1. Check Your Internet Speed

Slow internet connections are the most common reason videos fail to load.

Recommended speeds:

18—25 Mbps — Ultra HD (4K)
10—18 Mbps — HD
1—10 Mbps — Standard Definition (SD)

If your connection is slower, try reducing the video quality or using a stronger internet connection.

2. Shared Wi-Fi Networks

If multiple devices are using the same Wi-Fi network, the available bandwidth may be reduced.

You may try:

• Watching lessons when fewer devices are connected
• Switching to a more stable network

3. Other Internet Usage

Running other streaming services, downloads, or uploads at the same time may slow video playback.

To improve performance:

• Pause other downloads or streaming services
• Keep only the AMAU app open while studying

4. Router or Modem Issues

Older or overloaded routers may affect streaming performance.

You may try:

• Restarting your router
• Checking with your internet provider if your equipment needs updating

5. Mobile Data Limits
