Offline Downloads

The Offline Download feature allows you to download lessons within the AMAU mobile app so you can watch them later without an internet connection. This is especially useful during travel or in areas with limited connectivity.

Key Benefits

• Videos can be downloaded for offline viewing within the AMAU app.

• Downloaded videos remain available for 30 days from the download date.

• Lessons can be re-downloaded anytime through the app.

• Helps reduce buffering when internet connections are unstable.

Note: Videos are not available as MP4 files and can only be viewed within the AMAU app.

Tip: Download lessons while connected to stable Wi-Fi to avoid using mobile data.

How to Download a Lesson

1. Open the AMAU mobile app and sign in.

2. Navigate to the video you want to download.

3. Scroll below the video player and tap Download.

4. Select your preferred video quality (High, Medium, or Low).

5. Tap Download again to begin.

You will see the download progress and the expiration date for the downloaded lesson.

How to Access Downloaded Lessons

1. Open the AMAU app.

2. Go to the More tab.

3. Select Content → Downloads.

All downloaded lessons will appear there and can be played without an internet connection.

Video Quality Options

You can choose the video quality when downloading lessons:

• High (720p) — Best viewing quality but uses more storage.

• Medium (360p) — Balanced option for most devices.

• Low (144p) — Uses less storage and downloads faster.

To set a default download quality:

1. Go to the More tab.

2. Select General → Download Settings.

3. Choose your preferred quality.
