Sharing Knowledge Responsibly at AMAU Academy

Updated

AMAU was built to spread beneficial knowledge and help students grow in their understanding of Islam. It’s natural that many students want to share what they are learning with others, and that intention is something we appreciate.

At the same time, it’s important that knowledge is shared in a way that respects the structure of the Academy and the effort behind the programs.

What You Can Share

You are welcome to share any free content that AMAU publishes publicly, such as:

  • Videos from the AMAU YouTube channel

  • Content from AMAU social media platforms

  • Any other material that AMAU has made publicly available

Sharing these resources helps beneficial knowledge reach a wider audience while still directing people to the official platforms where the content is hosted.

What Should Not Be Shared

Content that is part of paid programs or student-only materials should not be shared outside the platform. This includes:

  • Paid courses and lesson videos

  • Mentorship materials

  • Exclusive program resources

  • Any content that is only available to enrolled students

These materials are part of structured programs designed specifically for registered students. Keeping them within the platform helps protect the quality of the learning experience and respects the work that goes into producing the programs.

Sharing Knowledge in the Right Way

Even when course materials cannot be shared directly, there are still many ways to benefit others from what you have learned.

You can:

  • Explain useful points from a lesson to family or friends

  • Share personal reflections or summaries

  • Guide others toward AMAU’s public content so they can begin learning as well

Teaching and discussing knowledge with others often strengthens your own understanding.

A Note for Students

Knowledge is a trust. Part of being a student of knowledge is learning how to handle it with care and responsibility.

By sharing content in the right way, you help preserve the integrity of the Academy while still allowing others to benefit from what you have learned.

In doing so, you contribute to spreading beneficial knowledge while maintaining the discipline and sincerity expected from a student of knowledge.
