How to Report Content or Users in the AMAU Community

The AMAU Student Community is designed to be a respectful and beneficial environment where students can share reflections, ask questions, and support one another in seeking knowledge.

If you come across content or behaviour that violates the community guidelines, you can report it so the AMAU team can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Why Reporting Matters

Reporting helps maintain a healthy and respectful learning environment.

By using the reporting feature responsibly, you help:

• Maintain Islamic etiquette within the community
• Prevent inappropriate or harmful content
• Assist moderators in addressing issues quickly
• Protect the quality and benefit of discussions

Reporting concerns is not about criticism. It helps preserve a safe and respectful space for all students.

How to Report Content

If you encounter a post that violates the community guidelines:

1. Navigate to the post or comment.

2. Click the ellipsis (three dots …) in the top-right corner of the post.

3. Select Report Content.

4. Briefly explain the reason for the report.

5. Submit the report.

Once submitted, the AMAU team will review the report and take appropriate action if necessary.

Reporting Tips

To help the moderation team review the issue efficiently:

• Provide a clear explanation of the concern
• Avoid submitting duplicate reports for the same post
• Use the feature responsibly and only when necessary
