This feature is available on both the website and the mobile app, allowing you to reach support quickly without leaving the platform.

Where to Find Messages

Inside the AMAU Community, you will see a Messages tab located next to the main Community feed.

To contact Student Support:

Open the Community section of the platform.
Click or tap the Messages tab.
Select Student Support.
Send your message with your question or issue.

Our team will review your message and respond as soon as possible.
