What Happens to My Progress if I Cancel My Subscription?

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh.

If you need to cancel your AMAU Academy subscription, your learning progress will not disappear immediately. Your progress remains stored so that you can return and continue your studies later.

If You Cancel Your Subscription

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your course progress remains saved for a period of time.
• If you subscribe again later, your completed lessons, checkpoints, and progress will still be available.
• This allows you to resume your studies without starting over.

If You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is a permanent action.

If you delete your AMAU account:

• All course progress, history, and settings will be permanently removed.
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

In simple terms:

Cancelling your subscription → Your progress is preserved for when you return.
Deleting your account → Your progress is permanently removed.
